Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using NeverDue, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Description of service
NeverDue is a deadline and calendar management tool that scans emails and uploaded files to extract events and add them to your Google Calendar. The service is provided as-is and may change over time.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use NeverDue. By using the service, you confirm you meet this requirement.
4. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must not share your account or use another person's account without permission. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use NeverDue for any unlawful purpose
- Forward spam or malicious content to your NeverDue email address
- Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the service
- Circumvent plan limits or attempt to access features you have not paid for
6. Subscription and billing
The free tier is provided at no cost subject to usage limits. Pro subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal — your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.
7. Google Calendar access
NeverDue writes events to your Google Calendar with your explicit permission. You can revoke this access at any time. We are not responsible for events written to your calendar based on inaccurate extraction results.
8. Accuracy of extraction
NeverDue uses AI to extract events from emails and files. We do not guarantee the accuracy of extracted events. You are responsible for reviewing events added to your calendar.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Quebec law, NeverDue is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including missed deadlines resulting from inaccurate event extraction.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at support@neverdue.ca.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
12. Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
