1. Who we are
NeverDue ("we", "our", "us") is operated from Quebec, Canada. We can be reached at privacy@neverdue.ca.
2. Information we collect
When you use NeverDue, we collect the following:
- Account information — your name, email address, and Google account identifier, obtained when you sign in with Google.
- Email content — emails forwarded to your NeverDue address are processed to extract calendar events. We do not store the raw email content after processing.
- Uploaded files — images, PDFs, and text files you upload for event extraction are processed and immediately discarded. We do not store them.
- Calendar data — event titles, dates, and descriptions extracted from your emails or uploads, stored to sync with your Google Calendar.
- Usage data — scan counts and subscription status to enforce plan limits.
- Payment information — handled entirely by Stripe. We do not store card details.
3. How we use your information
- To provide the NeverDue service — extracting events and writing them to your Google Calendar
- To manage your account and subscription
- To send transactional emails (account-related notifications only)
- To display relevant advertising via Google AdSense
4. Google Calendar access
With your permission, NeverDue writes events to your Google Calendar on your behalf. We request only the minimum necessary access. You can revoke this access at any time from your Google account settings.
5. Third-party services
We use the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:
- Google — OAuth authentication and Calendar API
- Mailgun — inbound email processing
- Stripe — payment processing
- Anthropic — AI-powered event extraction
- Google AdSense — advertising (free tier)
- Resend — transactional email delivery
6. Data retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at privacy@neverdue.ca. Extracted event data stored in our database will be deleted within 30 days of your request.
7. Your rights under Quebec's Law 25 (Act 25)
As a Quebec resident, you have the right to:
- Access personal information we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your personal information
- Withdraw consent to the collection or use of your data
- File a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec (CAI)

8. Cookies
We use session cookies necessary for authentication. Google AdSense may set additional cookies for advertising purposes. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings.
9. Changes to this policy
